To enable mass emails or texts, and appointment reminders to be sent via Text for those clients who prefer that communication option:

 

  1. Click on the Marketing Tile on the dashboard of your GP app
  2. Click Mass Email and Text
  3. Click Purchase to gain access.  The cost is $5/month and is the only cost that Salon Pros pay for their use of the GP app.

 

Once Opted in:

 

  1. You can set up Client folders and assign specific client to them by clicking on My Clients and then click Folders
  2. Or you can choose a Target Audience (All clients, appointments in the next 7 days, etc.)
  3. Choose Email or Text
  4. Type your message
  5. Send a text to yourself
  6. Once you have received and verified your message, click Send Final
