Refunding a full or partial amount of your client's payment  is a simple thing to do from your CREDIT CARD PROCESSING tab found in the menu of your Gina's Platform App.  The Refund transaction fee is $0.35.

 

If you refund a transaction on the same day you entered it (before 2:00 p.m. CST), the transaction will be voided (erased) and no fees will be charged. You will not be able to refund a pending transaction after the 2:00 p.m. deadline until after the transaction settles.

 

To create a refund:

  1. Click the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner of the app
  2. Scroll down and click the CREDIT CARD PROCESSING tab in the menu
  3. Click on Transactions
  4. Select the date range for the transaction
  5. Click on the Blue Transaction Number for the transaction you wish to issue a refund against
  6. Scroll down Enter the amount to be refunded into the refund box.
  7. Click Refund Transaction and the refund will be processed.
