You can enter their banking information in their tenant record in your ACH if you would like. Attached is a general ACH authorization form to help you with that process. Or you can have your Lifestyle Professional add their banking information from the Gina's Platform app. Once they receive their 1st invoice they will be able to enter banking information and sign up for autopay as seen below.
