Q: Can I send marketing email, in-app, or SMS text blasts to my clients?

A: While you can send out emails, in-app messages and SMS text via the system – you cannot send blasts at this point. We are currently working on the “blasting” feature, which will include birthday, special occasion, and touching-base notifications. Hang tight, it’s coming!

Q: Can I connect the app with my social media accounts to share information?

A: Yes, you can! You can find this under the Share tile on the Homepage of your app. 

Q: How do I get my social media accounts connected to my website you provide?

A: Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner of the app which will launch the app menu and then click Business Profile.   From there you will find the option Social medial Links.  Select that and then you will need to cut and paste your social media URL’s into the fields found on that page.

Q: Can my clients connect their side of the app to their social networks to share my information?

A: Yes, they can! On the homepage of their side of the app is a Share tile where they can connect their Facebook and Twitter accounts.
