In most cases the problem is that you put a special character in your information.  Avoid ampersands, percent signs and other characters.  No one will see this information but ProPay so it's not necessary to get fancy.  Refresh your app to clear the problem and try entering the information again.  


For iPhone/iPad

Double click the iPhone/iPad button on the device (the actual hardware button).  The screen will show you smaller pictures of the apps you have loaded.  Swipe up on our app to take it out of memory.  Re-launch the app and this should solve the problem.


For Android

Click the button on the lower left of the device.  The text "Close All" will come up.  Click that message.  Re-launch the app and this should solve the problem.
