The Gina's Platform app is available to all Lifestyle Professionals, not just those who are currently renting at Phenix Salon Suites locations. For non-Phenix Professionals the License Fee tile is not necessary and therefore not included in their dashboard.  So if your Lifestyle Profession is unable to view the License Fee tile in their dashboard as shown below (scroll down, the License Fee tile is the very last one) then their account is not linked to your location and they are classified as a non-Phenix user.  Please contact support@ginasplatform.com and we will be happy to link the account. Please provide the Lifestyle Professional's name, suite number and email address.
