• Click on the Clients tile on your homepage
  • Click on the client name
  • Click Edit
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Merge
  • Select Client to Merge record with
  • Click Done
  • Review the information and choose which information you wish to Keep and edit as desired
  • Click Save
  • You will be prompted to make sure you wish to Merge.  The merge cannot be reversed and all financial information and appointments will be merged so double check your work.
  • Click Continue
  • You will be directed back to your client list
  • Click refresh
