- Click on the Clients tile on your homepage
- Click on the client name
- Click Edit
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Merge
- Select Client to Merge record with
- Click Done
- Review the information and choose which information you wish to Keep and edit as desired
- Click Save
- You will be prompted to make sure you wish to Merge. The merge cannot be reversed and all financial information and appointments will be merged so double check your work.
- Click Continue
- You will be directed back to your client list
- Click refresh
