Most features in the Gina's Platform app can be accessed from the Homepage. Scroll up and down to view the tiles to:
- View Today's Schedule (Today's remaining appointments will also appear on the banner at the bottom of your screen)
- Quick Pay (used for Walk-Ins for both services and product, and for any sales made once an appointment ticket has been closed)
- View Clients and Client History
- View Appointments
- View Client Messages
- View Revenue
- And share your business with your friends and family via Facebook, Twitter, text, and/or email, and send all your clients a message
Other features can be found by accessing the menu by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Swipe right at any time to return to the Homepage

- Import Clients/Contacts
- View and change your account information (name, phone number, and email address)
- Change password
- View and/or change the details in your Business Profile including Profile picture, Bio, Operating hours, Services, Products, Testimonials, and Social Media Links
- View your custom URL at My Webpage.
- View and edit your Portfolio Pictures
- View information regarding Appointment reminders and turn on Text (SMS) and view your receipts for your monthly $5 charge for this service
- Set up and Edit Block out times for appointments, vacations, etc.
- Set up and Edit Specials/Coupons
- View and change App Settings
- View your ProPay account number and contact information for questions/issues
- View and manage your product inventory
- View information for Lead Generation including your Lead Report, and Store Client Credit Card information for deposits and no-show/cancelation fees
