Creating your account on Gina's Platform is quick and easy. If you are a Lifestyle Professional at a Phenix Salon Suites location you will receive an email invite to set up your account which will link your account to your location and allow you to pay your license fees through the Gina's Platform App.
If you are not a Lifestyle Professional at a Phenix Salon Suites location:
- Visit www.ginasplatform.com
- Click on the red Create Account Button in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Enter your name, email, phone number, date of birth, choose the Business Owner platform option, create a password, and then click Create Account
- The next page will give you a brief overview of Gina's Platform
- Click "Get Started" to begin setting up your basic business profile.
- At the end of the setup process you will be instructed to download the Gina's Platform App. We currently offer iOS and Android apps that work on both phones and tablets.
- After downloading the app, you will be guided through a more complete setup process, asking for your photo, services, business hours and more.
